Before you begin the contract, you should review the following points.

Travel Period
The duration of the program can be set up to 31 days. Please select the dates from your departure date to your scheduled return date.
Pre-Departure Application
Applications can be made from 90 days prior to departure until the day of departure, but cannot be made after departure. Please complete the application procedure as soon as possible.
Application Requirements
The following conditions must be met in order to apply
age
The insured person must be at least 18 years old. Please check each insurance plan for the maximum age limit. We do not accept applications from corporations.
Payment Method
Please pay the premiums by credit card in the policyholder's name (lump-sum payment) or designated payment service (PayPay/ Rakuten Pay/ Apple Pay, etc.).
Email Address
A valid e-mail address of the subscriber is required.

Policy confirmation in lieu of insurance policy
MARINE PASSPORT does not issue insurance policies. Instead, please bring the "Contract Confirmation Form" issued after you sign the contract when you travel. The document can be downloaded from My Page.

Points to check after signing the contract
The following items should be confirmed after the contract is signed
Notification of contract signing
When a contract is signed, you will receive a notification to your registered e-mail address.
Please set your domain name
If you do not receive the email, please change your receiving setting to "d1.tokiomarine-nichido.co.jp".
Check your contract on My Page
You can check your contract details at any time on "My Page". However, you may not be able to log in during certain hours, in which case please check again after some time has passed.
Important Confirmation
Before proceeding with the contract, be sure to review the following items.
Check for overlap with other insurance policies
Make sure that there is no overlap with other insurance policies, especially in the amount of accidental death benefit or sickness death benefit.
If the policyholder and the insured person are the same
Accidental death insurance amount: 100 million yen
Sickness death benefit: ¥30 million
If the policyholder and the person insured are different
Accidental death insurance amount: 10 million yen
Sickness death benefit: 10 million yen
Not engaged in hazardous physical activities or occupations
Hazardous activities such as mountain climbing, skydiving, etc. are not covered. In addition, you must not be a professional boxer, competitive athlete, or engage in other dangerous occupations.

If the information stated is not true, the contract may be cancelled. Also, please note that there is a possibility that insurance payments will not be made.
