The policyholder is a corporation, the insured is an employee, and the company pays and receives the premiums. 2 weeks past, we received a call from the local office that one of our employees had died after being caught in the press.
I was working with three co-workers and when it was lunch time, I left one of them to go to the cafeteria (because he was working and I said I would be right back later). It was during this time that the accident occurred.
