The e-mail address of the policyholder himself\/herself is required. The application URL will be sent to your registered e-mail address.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%e7%9f%ad%e6%9c%9f%e6%97%85%e8%a1%8c%e4%bf%9d%e9%99%ba%e3%81%ae%e3%81%8a%e7%94%b3%e8%be%bc%e3%81%bf%e6%9d%a1%e4%bb%b6\"><\/span>Terms and Conditions of Application for Short-Term Travel Insurance<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\">1. no injury or illness at the time of application<br>2. not to engage in dangerous exercise or certain occupations or duties while traveling<br>3. pre-existing conditions and dental treatment are not covered<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications must be submitted within 4 days of entry into Japan. Applications from overseas are not accepted. Applications from China, Hong Kong, and South Korea can be made before entering Japan.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%e4%bf%9d%e9%99%ba%e6%9c%9f%e9%96%93%e3%81%ab%e3%81%a4%e3%81%84%e3%81%a6\"><\/span>Insurance Period<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Insurance periods can be set from a minimum of 1 day to a maximum of 31 days.<br>You can choose either the date of application or the date of entry into Japan as the starting date of insurance<br>Please note that the period cannot be extended!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%e8%a3%9c%e5%84%9f%e5%86%85%e5%ae%b9\"><\/span>Compensation<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This insurance covers up to 10 million yen for medical expenses for injuries and illnesses incurred while in Japan.
