The following conditions must be met
Travel Period
Travel period can be set up to 31 days. Please specify the date of departure and the date you plan to return home.
Application Period
Applications can be made from 90 days prior to the departure date until the day of departure.
*You cannot apply after your departure from Japan.
Access from outside Japan
Applications cannot be made from outside Japan.
Terms and Conditions
The following conditions apply to those who are eligible to apply as a subscriber
age
The person to be insured must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
*Corporate applications are not accepted.
residence
The subscriber must reside in Japan and apply from within Japan.
Payment Method
Premiums must be paid by credit card in the policyholder's name or through a designated payment service.
Email Address
A valid e-mail address of the subscriber is required.

Payment Method
Payment can be made by credit card (one-time payment) or by designated payment services (e.g. PayPay, Rakuten Pay, d-pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.).

MARINE PASSPORT does not issue insurance policies. Please bring the "Contract Confirmation Form" with you when you travel.
Issuance of Securities
No insurance policy will be issued. Please print or download the "Contract Confirmation Form" from My Page and bring it with you on your trip after the contract is concluded.
Confirmation of clauses
You are required to confirm the terms and conditions before signing a contract. You can check them on our website.
How to check the terms and conditions
The terms and conditions are available on our official website. We do not send booklets.
Formation of Contract
The following is a summary of the flow of the contract after the application is submitted and the items to be confirmed after the contract is signed.
Notification after the conclusion of a contract
When a contract is formed, you will be notified to your registered e-mail address.
Domain Settings Request
If you do not receive an email, you may need to set up a domain name.

Confirmation of Contract
We will show you how to check your contract details. You can check it anytime from My Page.
Using My Page
My Page" will be automatically opened upon application. On My Page, you can check, change, and cancel your policy. Please note, however, that you may not be able to log in or confirm your contract during certain hours.

We have compiled a list of items that must be confirmed before proceeding with the contract. These conditions must be met.

Must reside in Japan.
Departure Status
Must not have left Japan.
Confirmation of overlap with other insurance policies
Please see below for the amount of accidental death benefit and the amount of sickness death benefit.
When the subscriber and the subject are the same
Accidental death insurance amount: 100 million yen
Sickness death benefit: ¥30 million
When the subscriber and the subject are different
Accidental death insurance amount: 10 million yen
Sickness death benefit: 10 million yen
Do not engage in dangerous physical activity.
Hazardous exercises such as mountain climbing and skydiving are not covered.
Not engaged in hazardous occupations
The applicant must not be engaged in a life or physically dangerous occupation, such as a professional boxer or competitive athlete.

If the statements are not true, the contract may be cancelled and insurance benefits may not be paid.
