In the unlikely event of injury or illness, we will arrange an appropriate hospital. In addition, to avoid any difficulties due to language barriers at the hospital, we will provide you with a "hospital staff" who will be able to assist you with your medical needs. Telephone interpretation service for English, Chinese, and Korean is also available. This allows you to receive medical care with peace of mind in case of problems during your trip.
1. cash-free medical services

This is a service in which Tokio Marine & Nichido pays medical and drug costs directly to hospitals and pharmacies without the need to pay in cash. In other words, cashless payment of medical expenses is possible without the need to replace the cost when you receive medical treatment or treatment. This eliminates the need for temporary expenses when receiving medical treatment and allows you to receive treatment with peace of mind. (*1)

This service is available to people who speak different languages such as English, Chinese, and Korean to eliminate barriers to medical care and communication.
