After our staff confirms the information you have entered in the dedicated application form, we will send you another "Confirmation Application Form (PDF)" will be sent to you by e-mail from our company.

After that, please read through the "Application Form for Confirmation" on your side and send it back to us by e-mail if there are no mistakes in the content.
If you see any corrections, please let us know.

In addition, the following two documents (copies) are required to proceed with this procedure.

2. a photocopy of your passport (any page with a verifiable photo is fine)

Then, after we confirm the documents "1" and "2", we will mail you a "written application form".

Please note that an invoice for the premium will be sent to you by e-mail, and we ask that you transfer the amount by the date indicated on the invoice.

After all procedures have been completed, we will send you a "Certificate of Overseas Travel Insurance Policy" in an envelope by mail.
