In the event of injury or illness, we will arrange an appropriate hospital. In addition, “telephone interpretation service in English, Chinese, and Korean” is available so that you do not have to worry about language barriers at the hospital. This will help you receive medical care with peace of mind in the event of any problems during your trip.
1. cash-free medical services
This is a service in which Tokio Marine & Nichido pays medical and drug costs directly to hospitals and pharmacies without the need to pay in cash. In other words, cashless payment of medical expenses is possible without the need to replace the cost when you receive medical treatment or treatment. This eliminates the need for temporary expenses when receiving medical treatment and allows you to receive treatment with peace of mind. (*1)
2. language support over the phone
This service is available to people who speak different languages such as English, Chinese, and Korean to eliminate barriers to medical care and communication.
